• For failure to pass identity verification or for providing false information.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. MCGames terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
